I've taught yoga & meditation for twelve years, and have had a personal practice for twenty+ years. However, for many of those years, my practice wasn't consistent. Then a few years ago I was diagnosed with cancer, and that's when my yoga and meditation practice shifted to a much deeper level. That daily, connected practice was instrumental in my healing journey, and I left my corporate career to share the life-changing wellness practices I've learned with others. Each private session I have with a client is different, as they are intuitively led and tuned in for your energy. I look forward to helping you connect with your inner peace.

Path to Inner Peace 7-week Meditation Course

Establish a regular meditation practice and connect to your inner peace with this in-depth course. Learn the fundamentals of meditation, key benefits, practice different methods, and gain invaluable tools. We’ll discuss how meditation impacts our brain, body, and energy as we tune in and connect.
